Lava launches Yuva 3 and Yuva 3 pro for low-cost budget customers



The Indian company Lava has revealed the specifications of its new phone, Yuva 3

According to what was stated in the leaks, the Lava Yuva 3 phone will come with an advanced IPS LCD screen, which measures 6.52 inches, has a display resolution of 1600/720 pixels, and has a frequency equivalent to 90 Hz, while its brightness rate reaches approximately 269 cd/m.

The new phone will run on the Android 13 operating system with two years of security updates and will be supported by the Unisoc T606 processor developed with 12 nm technology, and a powerful Mali-G57 MP1 graphics processor. It will also be equipped with random access memory with a capacity of 4 GB, and internal storage memory with a capacity of 64 GB. And 128 GB, which is expandable via microSDXC.

  Regarding photography capabilities, the Yuva 3 phone will include a primary camera with a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens, while the front camera will come with a 5-megapixel resolution.

Lava will equip its phone with a USB Type-C 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm port for headphones, along with a receiver for FM radio signals, and a fingerprint scanner, in addition to a large battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which works with an 18-watt fast charger.

It is expected that this smartphone will be available in basic colors: black, purple, and white, and it will be launched in global markets at bargain prices ranging between 82-88 euros.

On February 7, 2024, customers will be able to purchase the newest Yuva 3 on Amazon. Customers will be able to buy it with 64GB or 128GB of storage.



Lava will be launching Yuva 3 pro this Feb. A 50MP primary camera, a more cable chipset and a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz are just a few of the upgrades that the new smartphone offers.

The Yuva 3 Pro has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with the previously mentioned 90Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. In addition, Lava chose to eliminate the water drop notch on the previous model and replace it with a punch hole cutout for the 8MP front-facing camera. 

A redesigned camera island on the back has an AI secondary module in addition to a 50MP primary camera.

The Lava Yuva 3 Pro has a T616 chip from Unisoc coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage that can be added via a microSD card slot. Comparing the updated chipset to the Helio G37 featured on the Yuva 2 Pro, there should be substantial improvements. The Yuva 3 Pro has an 18W charger, a 5,000 mAh battery, and runs Android 13.

Desert Gold, Meadow Purple, and Forest Viridian are the possible colors for Lava Yuva 3 Pro. For the single 8/128GB trim, the device is already available at the Lava E-Store for $108.
