Method:

cover them with clear plastic. Using a knife, make a simple hole in the plastic

or a spoon, and start mashing the potatoes.

Garlic Green beans

● Trim the ends of the green beans.
● Peel one garlic clove and press it the width of a knife.
● Add one tablespoon of butter to the beans and garlic in a

● For the crust: Whisk the flour, sugar, and lemon zest
together and stir in the melted butter.
● Press this mixture into the bottom of the dish, and place

not, cook it for an additional 30 seconds.

● Mix sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, and eggs, then add
flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture, then continue whisking for 2-3
