Depending on the kind of propulsion you want, there are several intriguing possibilities available for anyone considering purchasing a new car. There are the standard internal combustion engines, gas-powered alternatives, and electrified vehicles, which can be either hybrid or fully electric.
Regarding the latter, one of the primary obstacles is their range of usage. However, if we examine the electric vehicles with the highest levels of autonomy available on the market, we will see that this issue is gradually becoming less noticeable, as some models can travel over 700 kilometers.
An extremely intriguing number, but still a long way from the breadth of applications provided by some of the least fuel-hungry diesel vehicles available.
Of course, their expensive price is just one of their obstacles. Brands are making slow but steady progress in the development of electric propulsion technology, and costs are starting to come down.
Though these models are by no means the most inexpensive automobiles available, there has been a noticeable change since they were introduced to the market, and we are already seeing some more reasonably priced versions.
We will concede, though, that the current infrastructure for charging is ill-equipped to deal with the anticipated surge in the number of these models on the streets of our cities, as either the existing stations are insufficient to meet market demands, or the stations do not operate as intended.
1-Citroën AMI –7,790 euros

Its top speed is 144 km/h. The brand recently refreshed its appearance to make the compact look more contemporary and enhance its connectivity, however, many people may find the compact's age to be a drawback.
6-Renault Twingo ZE –24,631 euros
The small weight and, most importantly, the rear-wheel drive of this French vehicle make it maybe one of the most enjoyable to drive on the list. The Renault Twingo ZE has a range of 190 kilometers thanks to its 20 kWh battery and 60 kW electric motor. But this car is no longer available for purchase from the French brand. Just the available units.

8- DR 1.0 EV –25,900 euros
The DR 1.0, a tiny utility vehicle with a length of just 3.2 meters and a weight of tons, is coming from Italy to complicate matters for the Dacia Spring. Its standard features include air conditioning, Bluetooth, 15-inch wheels, power windows, and a 9.7-inch touchscreen that supports a multimedia system that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
